This Privacy Policy explains how Bloxnetic ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). We operate an independent Roblox-style ad simulation product and are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Account information: email address, display name, and authentication data (including password hashes or OAuth identifiers if you sign in with Google).

Campaign and product data: game profiles, campaign settings, uploaded creative images, simulation runs, and generated reports.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected by our hosting and analytics providers.

Optional integrations: if you connect third-party accounts (e.g. Roblox OAuth when offered), we store tokens and profile identifiers needed for that feature.

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Run simulations and display results to you
• Authenticate users and enforce rate limits
• Process creative uploads (including optional AI vision analysis)
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

If enabled, creative images may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate scores and text features used in simulations. Do not upload images containing personal data you do not want processed by those providers. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by our hosting partners (e.g. Vercel for the web application, Railway or similar for the API). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host, analyze, or secure the Service, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We retain account and campaign data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some logs may be retained for security and compliance for a limited period.

We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, access controls, rate limits) to protect data. No online service is completely secure; use a strong password and keep credentials private.

You can update account details in the app where settings are available. You may opt out of non-essential cookies or analytics where we offer controls. You may stop using the Service and contact us to request account deletion.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have collected such information.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions with different privacy laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
