Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloxnetic website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bloxnetic is an independent tool that simulates Roblox-style sponsored experience advertising using modeled player personas and statistical methods. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation. We do not run live ads on Roblox on your behalf.

Outputs (including CTR, cost per play, impressions, and earnings-style metrics) are simulated forecasts for planning and creative comparison. They are not guarantees of live campaign performance and are not official Roblox Ads Manager reporting.

The Service may be offered as a beta or early access product. Features, pricing, limits, and availability may change without notice. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to use online services under the laws that apply to you (typically at least 13 years old, or higher where required).

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except where law allows
• Upload content you do not have rights to use (including creatives)
• Misrepresent simulated results as official Roblox or live ad data

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. creative images, campaign details). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service (including AI-assisted analysis where enabled).

Simulation tiers may consume in-app credits. Any billing features, if offered, will be described at purchase. Third-party services (e.g. hosting, analytics, OpenAI for optional creative analysis) may process data as needed to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIMULATIONS WILL MATCH LIVE ROBLOX RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXNETIC AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloxnetic from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
